Kids With Character

Each week the students of Washington ECC are busy learning about character development during counseling time. Character education is an important part of our curriculum. During the month of May students learned about Growth Mindset. We learned that having a growth mindset means you have an “I can do it” attitude, you’re willing to try new things, and you work hard to improve yourself. It also means that mistakes are ok, because we learn from them! Here are a few of our fantastic kiddos being recognized for their amazing character and display of Growth Mindset!
