Striving for Excellence- Teacher Spotlight

Mandy Egner, First Grade Teacher

Mandy is originally from Hennessey, Oklahoma and is a graduate of Hennessey High School. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and this is her 3rd year working with the students of Washington ECC. Mandy loves teaching and being surrounded by her students. She is married to Travis Egner and together they have two wonderful children, Daxton and Paisley. This leopard-print loving momma enjoys supporting her children in their various activities.

Pamela (Pam) Coffman, Paraprofessional

Pam is originally from Palm Springs, CA, but is a graduate of Alva High School. This is her 8th year working with the students of Alva Public Schools. She loves interacting with students and watching their faces as they understand a new concept.  Pam is the mother of two beautiful daughters, Jordan and Jaydan. Together she and her husband, Bart have built a happy 25year marriage together. When Pam isn't at school you will likely find her crafting, learning new things, spending time with her family,  and helping with community events.
